A fascinating dessert sake from Sado Island (Obata Shuzo brewery, Niigata Prefecture). The special feature of the Kijoshu method: part of the brewing water is replaced by sake from the previous year that has already matured. This gives Kanadel Spiritoso its characteristic, noble sweetness and an almost creamy texture. With its deep, complex aromas, it is the ideal partner for strong cheeses (especially blue cheese) or fine chocolate desserts.
