The Afuri Kasumi is a light Junmai Ginjo with only 8% alcohol. Brewed by Kikkawa Jozo in Kanagawa, it captivates with a gentle, fruity sweetness and a delicate rosé hue—created by a special red yeast. The unusually hard spring water from Mount Afuri (150 mg/L calcium and magnesium) gives it a clear, lively structure. Perfectly chilled as an aperitif or with light summer dishes—a charming introduction to the world of Japanese craft sake.
