This super premium sake from Yamamoto Honke was finished in Yamazaki Puncheon whiskey casks. These give this Junmai Diaginjo a strong oak note. Yamamote Honke was the first sake brewery to get a whiskey cask from the Yamazaki distillery and refine their sake in it. A total of only 680 bottles were produced.
